Dancing Around Town
Fort Collins and Denver are great hubs for all sorts of swing dancing. Here at CSU Swing, we mostly dance jitterbug, lindy hop and charleston, with some blues mixed in. Around Fort Collins and Denver, you'll find some great venues for lindy hop, jitterbug, charleston, east and west coast swing, and blues. Come join us at CSU Swing every other Tuesday, but be sure to check out your other local dance venues as well!
Fort Collins
NoCo Swing Dance
Come dance with us every 2nd and 4th Friday! We have a beginner swing dance lesson from 6:00-7:00 followed by a swing dance until 10:00. The swing dance beginner swing dance lesson is included with the $5 or what you can afford cost of admission.

NoCo Swing also hosts 4 week progessive lessons on Wednesdays where you can get started or dive deeper into swing dance knowledge!

Cats Corner Swing
Cats Corner Swing hosts monthly partnership dances where you can try swing dancing along with a variety of other styles! Past partnerships have featured Bachata, Shag, and Tango. Lessons go from 6-7, with 30 min dedicated to each style followed by open dancing until 9:30. $10/$8 for students.

Denver
Mercury Café
Tuesdays are blues nights, with an intermediate
lesson at 6:30pm and a beginner lesson at 7:30.
The dancing starts at 8:30.
Cost: Each lesson (plus the dance) is $8 and the
dance alone is $5
Wednesdays are West Coast Swing nights, with
beginner and intermediate lessons happening
concurrently at 7pm. The social dancing starts at 8.
Cost: The lesson with the dance is $8 and the
dance alone is $5
Thursdays are for Lindy Hop, with an intermediate lesson at 6pm, a beginner lesson at 7. The dancing starts at 8.
Cost: Each lesson is $10 (or $30/month) and the dance is $8
Sundays are for Lindy Hop and Jitterbug. There's a specialized lesson at 5:30pm, and a beginner Jitterbug lesson at 6:30pm. The dance hosts a live band and starts at 7:30.

Overstreet Dance Gallery
On Monday nights, you'll find Jitterbug, Lindy Hop and East Coast Swing. The lessons (you choose either the beginner or the intensive) start at 7pm and the dance goes from 8pm until 10.

On Friday nights, you'll find West Coast Swing in the main room and blues in the back room. The lessons (you choose either the beginner or the intermediate) start at 7pm and the dance goes from 8pm until 11.

The Denver Turnverein
Friday nights are Lindy nights at the Denver Turnverein, with beginner and intermediate lessons at 7pm. The dance goes from 8pm until 11.
Cost: Members $4/Non-members $7
Sunday nights are West Coast Swing nights, with two levels of beginner courses at 5:30pm. The dance starts at 6:30 and goes until 9:30.

The Avalon
Every Tuesday night and the first Saturday of every month, you'll find Lindy Hop at The Avalon in Boulder. The beginner lesson starts at 7:30 and the dance starts at 8:30
